During a Ford Town Hall in 2017, Ford’s CEO Jim Hackett announced Curious Minds, an interactive teaching series that brings in external (and sometimes internal) subject matter experts to Ford, giving employees’ license to explore topics that go beyond automotive and helping to unlock their creative potential.

On a recent visit to Dearborn, Mich., Gino Tubaro, founder of Atomic Lab, took the Curious Minds stage as the series’ latest speaker and joined Ford Motor Company’s Chief Futurist Sheryl Connelly to share his experience as a social entrepreneur. We invite you to watch the video below to learn more about how he turned his childhood love for tinkering into a service providing 3D-printed prosthetics to people in need, and his vision for more people like him taking social action around the world.
